VendBazar is run by Webskode (“we”, “us”). Shops (salons, retailers and other businesses) use VendBazar to show their products and services on a shop page and to take orders and appointments. These terms apply when you use a shop page.

Who you deal with

Each shop sells its own products and provides its own services. When you order or book, your agreement is with that shop: it sets its prices, what it offers, its opening hours and its booking and cancellation policies, and it is responsible for the products and services it provides. We provide the website and the booking and ordering tools.

Bookings

• An appointment is confirmed when the shop page shows it as booked. The shop may call the phone number you give to confirm it.
• Prices and times shown are those the shop has set. Unless the page says otherwise, you pay the shop at your visit.
• Please follow the shop's cancellation policy shown when you book. A shop may limit how many upcoming online bookings one phone number has.
• Packages and memberships are sold by the shop, under the terms it gives you.

Orders

Orders are fulfilled by the shop. Payment is by the methods the shop offers on its page (for example cash on delivery or UPI to the shop). Questions about an order, a delivery or a refund are for the shop.

Reviews

You can rate and review a shop when you are signed in. Reviews must be your own honest experience. The shop can reply to reviews and hide reviews that are abusive, unrelated or spam. Reviews from Google Maps are shown as Google provides them.

Using the site fairly

Don't misuse a shop page: no false bookings or orders, no attempts to access other people's information, and no automated use that disrupts the service.
